Softball Game Preview: Clinton Red Devils vs. Blacksburg Wildcats

The Clinton Red Devils will challenge the Blacksburg Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Blacksburg took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Clinton, who comes in off a win.

Clinton made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Abbeville, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Everything went Clinton's way against Abbeville on Tuesday as Clinton made off with a 24-6 victory.

Meanwhile, Blacksburg came up short against Whitmire on Thursday, falling 9-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wildcats have suffered against the Wolverines since March 15, 2017.
