Volleyball Recap: Albuquerque Academy's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

Albuquerque Academy came into Saturday's contest having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They put the hurt on Non Varsity Tournament Opponent with a sharp 3-0 win on Saturday.

Albuquerque Academy walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-20, 25-14.

Albuquerque Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-6.

Albuquerque Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Portales on the 4th. As for Non Varsity Tournament Opponent, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Galena on the 31st.
