Game recap: Sanderson High School Football Team beats Enloe

RALEIGH, N.C. - Leading by 37 points entering the fourth quarter didn't stop Sanderson (Raleigh, N.C.) from scoring, as it added 13 points in the final quarter on the way to a 50-0 victory over Enloe (Raleigh, N.C.) on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a Zairee Parker touchdown run in the first quarter, the Spartans led 24-0 at the half.

Sanderson grew its lead to 37 points entering the fourth quarter. SHS scored two times in the third, including once on a Jeriko Styles touchdown run.

Matt Koehler and Connor Baldy ran for a bunch of touchdowns for the Eagles. Koehler scored two touchdowns on the ground and Baldy added two as well.



The Spartans entered the contest giving up 20.4 points per game this year.

Sanderson (5-4) goes up against Wake Forest in a 4A Conference 11 game matchup next week, while Enloe (0-9) locks horns with Broughton also in a 4A Conference 11 game.
