Softball Recap: Daniel Lions vs. Seneca Bobcats

It was a proper cat-fight when Daniel challenged Seneca on Tuesday. The Lions took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bobcats. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Addy Fraser spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on nine hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Daniel saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aubrey Hedlund-Hoover, who went 1-for-3 with one run. Caroline Brownlee was another, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
