Volleyball Recap: Mt. Pleasant Comes Up Short

Mt. Pleasant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the East Hickman County Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Mt. Pleasant's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for East Hickman County, their win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 7-13.

Mt. Pleasant does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Hickman County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against McEwen on the 6th.
