Shawnee's contest on Wednesday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They blew past the Tecumseh Arrows 3-0. The result was nothing new for Shawnee, who have now won eight matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Tecumseh with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Georgia Richardson, Hadley Mattern, and Addison Mattern.

The victory (which was Shawnee's third in a row) raised their record to 10-1-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three games. As for Tecumseh, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shawnee will face off against Jonathan Alder at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Tecumseh, they will take on Northwestern at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
