Lago Vista had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They put the hurt on the Travis Rebels with a sharp 11-1 victory. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Lago Vista's win bumped their record up to 15-4-1. As for Travis, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Coming up, Lago Vista will face off against Burnet at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Travis, they will head out on the road to take on Austin Achieve at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Polar Bears have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 18.5 runs per game on average), something the Rebels will no doubt try to take advantage of.
