Lilian Edge posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over 4.2 innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Edge and Lancaster will face off against Belmont at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Flying Arrows haven't beaten the Braves recently, having gone 0-6 since March of 2016.
