Basketball Recap: Friendship Christian Takes a Loss

Friendship Christian came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were beaten by the Goodpasture Christian Cougars 48-18. While losing is never fun, the Commanders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 276th, while the Cougars are ranked 48th).

Friendship Christian dropped their record down to 4-18 with the defeat, which was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Goodpasture Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Friendship Christian nor Goodpasture Christian have any future games scheduled.
