While Amity Regional put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Lauralton Hall. The Spartans were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Crusaders. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Crusaders recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Amara Forstrom made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Amity Regional got a massive performance out of Alexx Reinwald, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Sophia Richetelli, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.

Amity Regional was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .424. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lauralton Hall only posted a batting average of .000.

Amity Regional's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Lauralton Hall, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Amity Regional will challenge Hand at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lauralton Hall, they will take on Foran at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
