Basketball Game Preview: Jordan Red Jackets vs. Carver Tigers

Jordan is 0-6 against Carver since December of 2014 but things could change on Tuesday. The Jordan Red Jackets will be playing at home against the Carver Tigers at 6:00 p.m.

Jordan is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Saturday. They had to suffer through a 69-25 loss at the hands of Sumter County. The Red Jackets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-13.

Meanwhile, Carver beat Columbus 69-59 on Monday.

Carver has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Jordan, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-15.

Jordan was taken down by Carver 60-11 when the teams last played back in January. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Jordan was down 50-4.
