Basketball Recap: Lesterville Comes Up Short

Lesterville lost against Valley back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lesterville Bearcats fell 65-58 to the Valley Vikings.

Lesterville has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

Lesterville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-56 win against Meadow Heights on the 31st. Valley has also already played their next matchup, a 60-52 victory against Valle Catholic on the 31st.
