Basketball Recap: Jonesville Takes a Loss

If Jonesville was riding high fresh off their 58-29 takedown of Gorham Fayette last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jonesville Comets took a 56-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Michigan Center Cardinals on Tuesday. The Comets have struggled against the Cardinals recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Jonesville now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Michigan Center, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Jonesville will be home for the holidays to greet Grass Lake at 7:00 p.m. on December 17th. As for Michigan Center, they will square off against Manchester at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
