Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt lost against Lakeside back in November of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Roughriders fell just short of the Lions by a score of 3-2.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Lakeside, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Roosevelt will challenge rival Holy Names Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Lakeside is set to square off against their familiar foe West Seattle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
