Soccer Game Preview: Independence vs. Frisco

The Independence Knights will head out to challenge the Frisco Raccoons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Independence turned things around against Liberty on Friday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result was nothing new for Independence as the squad haven't won a game since January 13th.

Meanwhile, Frisco kept a clean sheet against Heritage on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Coyotes. The game was the first time Frisco have beaten Heritage on their pitch since January 12, 2021.

Frisco's victory bumped their record up to 6-3-6. Independence's draw gives them a new season record of 2-9-3.
