Baseball Recap: Beamer Takes a Loss

Beamer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 11-1 to the Kent-Meridian Royals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-5 last Monday.

Beamer's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Kent-Meridian, their victory ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-9.

Coming up, Beamer will challenge Cleveland at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Kent-Meridian, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Auburn Mountainview at 4:00 p.m. on the 21st.
