Baseball Game Preview: Plumstead Christian vs. Delaware County Christian Knights

On Tuesday, Plumstead Christian got the win against Valley Forge Military Academy by a conclusive 19-3. The result was nothing new for Plumstead Christian, who have now won four matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

Liam McIlhinney was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. McIlhinney was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, Chase Blattner was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple was his first of the season. Declan Glass was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.
