Baseball Recap: Loranger Takes a Loss

After flying high against Pope John Paul II on Friday, Loranger came back down to earth. The Wolves came up short against the French Settlement Lions on Saturday, falling 10-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wolves have suffered since March 8, 2025.

Loranger has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-5 record this season. As for French Settlement, they now have a winning record of 7-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loranger will welcome Fontainebleau at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for French Settlement, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Springfield at 6:30 p.m.
