Soccer Recap: Wednesday's Win Is Triangle Math & Science's Sixth in Last Seven Outings

Triangle Math & Science proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by three) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. Their defense stepped up to hand the NCSSM: Durham Unicorns a 1-0 shutout. Triangle Math & Science's winning goal came courtesy of Noel Biju.

Triangle Math & Science has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those seven matches. Having lost for the first time this season, NCSSM: Durham fell to 15-1-1.

Triangle Math & Science wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-0 defeat against Franklin Academy on the 17th. As for NCSSM: Durham, they have also already played their next matchup, a 7-1 win against Voyager Academy on the 20th.
