Softball Recap: Delano Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Delano's offense. They came up short against the Shafter Generals on Tuesday, falling 18-0. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Generals recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Delano's loss dropped their record down to 6-16-1. As for Shafter, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6-2 record this season.

While Delano had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
