Softball Preview: Yelm Tornados vs. Shelton Highclimbers
Yelm is 6-0 against Shelton since April of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Yelm ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They came out on top against River Ridge by a score of 11-8.
Mallory Hoke spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered six earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up eight Ks.
