Volleyball Recap: Fresno Christian Finds Playoff Glory Versus Sierra

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Fresno Christian had no problem doing just that on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Sierra Chieftains as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on four straight.

Fresno Christian never let Sierra on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-15, 25-16.

Fresno Christian found their leader in sophomore Tatum Mcquown, who had 17 assists and five digs. Mcquown is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 14 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Fresno Christian's win bumped their record up to 25-18. As for Sierra, their defeat dropped their record down to 32-13.

Fresno Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Mammoth on the 4th. Sierra does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
