Soccer Recap: Redeemer Christian Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Faith Christian, Redeemer Christian was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Belleview Rattlers 2-1. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Lions were the better team in the second half.

Christian Magwood and Noah Nelson scored both of Redeemer Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 20 goals.

Redeemer Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 37 goals over those seven matchups. As for Belleview, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6-1.

Redeemer Christian didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-0 victory against Real Life Christian Academy on the 10th. Belleview has also already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Lake Weir on the 11th.
