Volleyball Recap: Huntington North Falls to North Miami in First Game of Season

Huntington North unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 2-0 to the North Miami Warriors on Saturday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

While Huntington North was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-22.

Grace Anderson paced Huntington North's offense, picking up three kills. Anderson were helped by Myah Eltzroth and Audrey Moreland, who contributed five assists each.

Coincidentally, Huntington North and North Miami will both be playing LaVille the next time they take the court. The Warriors will head out to face the Lancers at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
