Football Recap: Logan Has No Trouble Against Union

The Logan Grizzlies made easy work of the Union Cougars on Friday and carried off a 31-10 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Grizzlies.

Logan can attribute much of their success to Easton Favero, who threw for 218 yards and a pair of TDs. The Grizzlies' leading receiver Jase Pingree was Favero's top target yet again, picking up 86 receiving yards and one score.

Logan will head out to square off against Ben Lomond at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Grizzlies will be up against the Scots' rather soft defense (which has allowed 47.4 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Union, they will be playing at home against Ogden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers' defense has only allowed 10.3 points per game this season, so the Cougars' offense will have their work cut out for them.
