After flying high against Howell Christian HomeSchool on Friday, the FAITH HomeSchool Falcons came back down to earth. FAITH HomeSchool fell 61-52 to Bloomfield Christian School on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, FAITH HomeSchool can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 123rd, while Bloomfield Christian School is ranked sixth).

Joshua Backos had a dynamite game for Bloomfield Christian School, scoring 30 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals. The match was Backos' third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Ignatowski, who scored 13 points.

FAITH HomeSchool now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Bloomfield Christian School, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

FAITH HomeSchool's road trip will continue as they head out to face Mishawaka HomeSchool W at 5:50 p.m. on December 8th. Hopefully Mishawaka HomeSchool W focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Saturday. As for Bloomfield Christian School, they will face off against Christian Community at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
