Soccer Recap: Hollins Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in December of 2024, Hollins was forced to settle for a draw on Wednesday. They and the Northeast Vikings finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. There's a chance things could've gone differently had the Royals not been charged with a red card from Abby Graves.

Natalia Espinoza and Lucia Oppel scored both of Hollins' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 27 goals.

Hollins' draw makes their record 6-6-2 this season. Meanwhile, Northeast's record is now 8-4-1.

Hollins has already played their next matchup, an 8-0 loss against Indian Rocks Christian on the 10th. As for Northeast, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, an 8-0 defeat against East Lake on the 13th.
