Dayton typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Westside Christian proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pirates. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won three in a row.

Westside Christian's victory bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Dayton, their defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-4.
