Millwood added to the longest winning streak in 2A District 2 this week by beating Christian Heritage, 53-0. The victory was the fifth in a row for the Falcons.
Millwood took down the Crusaders 53-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Luther's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lions feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Seth Stivers has thrown for 767 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, while Maurice Wright has 22 catches for 438 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Millwood takes on second place Oklahoma Christian. Last week, Darwin Franklin's team topped Christian Heritage, while Oklahoma Christian bested Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Saints take on the Falcons. Oklahoma Christian has allowed 60 points this season, while Millwood has given up 41. Derek Turner's team allowed 14 points last week as it bested the Jaguars.
