Ten teams ended losing streaks of 30 games or more this fall.

After years of finishing on the losing end of the scoreboard, 10 high school football teams managed to end losing streaks of 30 or more games during the 2025 season including a pair of California teams that ended 44-game losing streaks on the same day.

Oroville and Workman (City of Industry) both took to the field Sept. 26 aiming at ending 44-game losing streaks that dated back over four seasons. Workman built a 20-0 halftime lead en route to a 26-6 win over West Adams (Los Angeles). Oroville routed Weed 34-22 behind the 178 rushing yards by quarterback Ayden Morales.

The two California schools had the longest losing streaks that ended during the 2025 season. Here are eight more teams that celebrated a long-sought victory this year.
