Basketball Game Preview: North Idaho Christian Royals vs. Immaculate Conception Academy Cristeros

The North Idaho Christian Royals will start their season against the Immaculate Conception Academy Cristeros. Tip off is scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Immaculate Conception Academy is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Flathead Valley last Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Immaculate Conception Academy lost 80-60 to Flathead Valley. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game back in December of 2024 (57), the Cristeros still had to take the loss.

They have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

As for North Idaho Christian, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the right side of .500 (2-1), and they're hoping to kick off an even more successful campaign this year.

North Idaho Christian strolled past Immaculate Conception Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 by a score of 68-52. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Immaculate Conception Academy's Dominic Wilhelm, who went 11 of 22 on his way to 29 points and six rebounds.
