Volleyball Recap: Carson Wins Going Away Against Gardena

Carson won the last time they faced Gardena and things went their way on Thursday too. The Colts were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Colts.

Carson not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Gardena between 13 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-14, 25-16.

Loreyna Siaki paced Carson's offense, picking up seven kills. Siaki got some help from Priscilla Alcayaga and her 14 assists. Maya Galeon controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Carson's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Gardena, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Carson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gardena, they will welcome Banning at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
