Basketball Recap: Hebron Takes a Loss

Hebron was the 78-48 winner over Marcus when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Hebron Hawks fell to the Marcus Marauders 55-49.

Hebron now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Marcus, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-8.

Hebron and Marcus could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Hebron (ranked 211th) will meet Guyer (ranked fourth) at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Marcus will challenge Braswell at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday down 159 places (167 vs. 8).
