Volleyball Recap: Osceola Has No Trouble Against Archie

Osceola barely beat Archie the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Indians blew past the Whirlwinds 3-0 on Tuesday. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Whirlwinds recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-14, 25-15.

Taryn Wood paced Osceola's offense, picking up nine kills. Wood got some help from Leah Crowder and her 13 assists. Finally, Wood was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.

Osceola's win bumped their record up to 8-5-3. As for Archie, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Osceola wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Appleton City on the 25th. As for Archie, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Crest Ridge on the 24th.
