Baseball Recap: Comanche Takes a Loss

Comanche was the 3-2 winner over Wynnewood when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Savages on Friday.

Comanche's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7-1. As for Wynnewood, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

Comanche wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-6 victory against Elmore City-Pernell on the 28th. As for Wynnewood, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Wayne at 6:00 p.m. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed nine runs per game on average), something the Savages will no doubt try to take advantage of.
