Volleyball Recap: Canoga Park Takes a Loss

Canoga Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Reseda Regents. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 29, 2023, but that streak is no more.

While Canoga Park was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Reseda's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-18, 26-24.

Canoga Park's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Reseda, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Canoga Park will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on San Fernando at 4:00 p.m. on the 21st. As for Reseda, they will venture away from home to challenge Los Angeles at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
