Palatka took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Peniel Baptist Academy Warriors. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won eight in a row.

Palatka not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Peniel Baptist Academy between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-17.

Anslee Wells was the offensive standout of the match as she had ten digs and three aces.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palatka will host Interlachen at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Peniel Baptist Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Aucilla Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
