Basketball Game Preview: Reese Rockets vs. Cass City Red Hawks

The Reese Rockets will head out to square off against the Cass City Red Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Reese didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Millington, but they still walked away with a 31-26 victory. The Rockets haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Cass City entered their tilt with Caro on Tuesday with 11 consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with 12. They blew past the Tigers 74-35. The Red Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 21 points or more this season.

Cass City pushed their record up to 16-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27.7 points. As for Reese, their win bumped their record up to 6-12.

Reese was dealt a bruising 60-28 defeat at the hands of Cass City when the teams last played back in January. Can Reese avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
