Basketball Recap: Joplin Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Joplin can now relate to. They took a 59-43 bruising from the Kickapoo Chiefs on Wednesday. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Joplin's loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Kickapoo, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Joplin nor Kickapoo have any future games scheduled.
