Groveton waltzed into their contest on Friday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 40-34 W against the Woodsville Engineers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 59-37 back in January.

Groveton pushed their record up to 16-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Woodsville, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Groveton will host Littleton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Littleton will roll in looking for their 18th straight victory, something Groveton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Woodsville, they will welcome Pittsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
