Soccer Game Preview: Unity Reed vs. Battlefield

Unity Reed hasn't had much luck against Battlefield recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Lions will look to defend their home pitch against the Bobcats at 7:00 p.m.

Unity Reed is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their tenth straight game on Friday. They came up short against Patriot, falling 4-1. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Unity Reed couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Battlefield entered their tilt with Osbourn on Monday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. Their defense stepped up to hand the Eagles a 2-0 shutout. Give Battlefield's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Battlefield's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Unity Reed, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.
