Basketball Recap: Johnson Extends Home Winning Streak to Seven

Johnson put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 65-49 win over the Kennedy Memorial Mustangs.

Johnson pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Kennedy Memorial, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Johnson will finish 2024 at home by hosting Bernards on Saturday. Johnson knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Bernards likes a good challenge. Kennedy Memorial will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Edison at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
