Basketball Game Preview: Lincoln Railsplitters vs. Dowling Catholic Maroons

The Lincoln Railsplitters will square off against the Dowling Catholic Maroons at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Lincoln ended up a good deal behind Southeast Polk and lost 62-48.

Meanwhile, Dowling Catholic waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They breezed past the Warriors to the tune of 68-40. Given the Maroons' advantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while the Warriors are ranked 60th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Dowling Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
