South Stanly is 8-2 against Albemarle since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls will square off against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. South Stanly's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

South Stanly is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They came up short against Gray Stone Day on Tuesday, falling 11-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as South Stanly were already down 11-1.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Albemarle was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor North Stanly could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

South Stanly's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. Albemarle's draw gives them a new season record of 2-3-1.

South Stanly suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Albemarle in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Rowdy Rebel Bulls avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
