Basketball Recap: Bell Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Bell entered their tilt with Keller on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Indians by a score of 66-55. Given the Blue Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 84th, while the Indians are ranked 241st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

When it comes to explaining why Keller lost, don't look at Tommy Wollscheid. Despite the final result, he went 7-for-11 from beyond the arc to rack up 25 points. Wollscheid is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last five games he's played. Joseph Ericson was another key player, putting up eight points.

Bell's victory bumped their record up to 23-7. As for Keller, they moved to 16-16 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Bell will challenge North Crowley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Blue Raiders will need to watch out since the Panthers have now posted at least 55 points in their last 11 games. Keller does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
