Softball Recap: Shikellamy Takes a Loss

Shikellamy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Lake-Lehman Knights, falling 8-2. If the Braves were looking for revenge after losing 8-5 to the Knights when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Shikellamy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lake-Lehman, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Shikellamy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-1 victory against Midd-West on the 29th. As for Lake-Lehman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Dallas on the 29th.
