Basketball Recap: Decatur Takes a Loss

Decatur lost against White River back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Decatur Golden Gators fell 62-49 to the White River Hornets. While losing is never fun, the Golden Gators can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 177th, while the Hornets are ranked 28th).

Decatur's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for White River, the victory was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-2.

As of now, neither Decatur nor White River have any future games scheduled.
