China Spring made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,897 from 1,995.

Next week's game between Lorena and Connally will feature a tantalizing aerial matchup as Harris Coleman tests his arm against Josh Terrell's defensive ability. Lorena's Coleman has recorded 616 yards and six touchdowns this year, while the Cadets' Terrell has two interceptions to his name.

A big matchup in 3A Region III District 17 this week will be when Connally takes on Lorena. Mike Rabe's team is in fourth place, while Ray Biles' team is in second place.

There should be lots of points scored when the Cadets and the Leopards face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Connally comes in having scored 146 this season, while Lorena has scored 155.

The Cougars made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,897 from 1,995.
