Tiospa Zina was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 64-49 fall against the McLaughlin Mustangs. One positive for the Wambdi, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Tiospa Zina's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for McLaughlin, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-8.

Tiospa Zina will be taking part in a tournament against Omaha Nation at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Omaha Nation's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches. As for McLaughlin, they will take on Todd County at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. McLaughlin has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
