Softball Recap: Forest Hills Eastern Comes Up Short

Forest Hills Eastern lost to Wayland on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hawks came up short against the Wildcats, falling 16-4. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stella Cole was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Forest Hills Eastern's loss dropped their record down to 16-4. As for Wayland, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 16-6.

Looking ahead, Forest Hills Eastern will head out on the road to challenge Forest Hills Central at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Wayland, they will face off against Coopersville at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
